Carey Claire's childhood was split between the historic plantations of Colonial Virginia and the inspiring mountains of Southern Germany. His love of sci-fi was shaped by Frank Herbert, Robert A. Heinlein, and Arthur C. Clarke with fantasy provided by C.S. Lewis and Lloyd Alexander. Carey lives with his gorgeous wife and theirtwothree large dogs. REALLY large dogs.
